The parking spaces and storage rooms are in the building under construction of two bodies located at Vicen Buades 26 and with a facade at Mendez Núñez 27, in Puerto de Pollena, Pollena (Mallorca).


Deposit: 300 euros.

Expenses: All the expenses of the public sale and those derived from the cancellation of charges and registry entries both from seizures and arising from the bankruptcy, including the energy efficiency certificate, will be borne by the buyer.

Community expenses not paid by the bankrupt and for which the farm itself must respond, will be fully paid by the buyer.

The buyer, in addition to the amount of the bid, will have to take charge of the payment of the IBI debts that were pending until the date of the sale.

In the event that there is a credit for Real Estate Tax (IBI) that have a tacit real guarantee or have been recognized in the contest with special privilege, it would be satisfied with a charge to the sale price in preference to the rest of the real guarantees that affect to the property.
