NOTICE TO TENDERERS:

1) Period of visits open to tenderers. The fact of not having visited the property may not be used as an argument by the successful tenderer in the event of disagreement with the state of the property.

2) Neither the navigation permit nor the certificate of seaworthiness is available, and the successful tenderer will be responsible for the administrative procedures and the cost of obtaining them. Any other document required for the transfer of the vessel must be obtained by the successful tenderer.

(3) The successful tenderer will be responsible at his own expense for obtaining the documents and formalities necessary for the documentation of the transfer of the property, as well as for the cancellation and lifting of charges relating to the same. The bureaucratic, administrative or judicial delays that these formalities may entail shall in no case be the responsibility of the specialised entity.

4) The successful bidder undertakes to comply with the obligations established in Law 10/2010, of 28 April, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
